Dinova Guangzhou is the Buying Office for a French Group leader in the Discount Market: La Foir’ Fouille. Our product range includes items from non-food categories such as hardware, DIY, outdoor products, textiles, and decoration.
With a team of 60 colleagues organized into 8 departments, we manage various stages of the purchasing process, including sourcing, sampling, translation, design, packaging, production oversight, shipment logistics, quality assurance reporting, and quality control inspections, delivering excellence in every aspect of our work.
We’re looking for an Image Manager to join our team, working closely with designers and the marketing team that takes pride in delivering visually appealing and engaging packaging for our wide range of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Buying Team needs and time frame, follow the work progress
- Packaging Artwork Design: Create captivating and visually appealing packaging artwork that aligns with our brand identity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging designs meet product and marketing requirements.
- Design Adaptation: Ensure packaging artwork is suitable for various product categories within our range.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with cross-functional teams in English
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to present ideas and concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address packaging challenges effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organization and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer preferences in packaging.
- Relevant Work Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Salary negotiable according to experience
