安全工程师

岗位职责Responsibilities：

1．贯彻执行国家和总公司安全工作方针、政策和安全管理制度

Implement national and head office safety policy and management system

2、组织或参与公司安全规章制度、操作规程和事故应急救援预案的制定、实施和修订

Organize or participate in the formulation, implementation and revision of company safety rules and regulations, operating procedures and emergency rescue plans

3、组织或参与安全教育和培训，保证年度EHS培训计划的实施

Organize or participate in safety education and training to ensure the implementation of annual EHS training plan

4、组织或参与安全环保应急预案演练计划、实施和评价等工作

To organize or participate in the planning, implementation and evaluation of safety and environmental emergency plan

5、检查本单位的安全状况，及时排查生产安全事故隐患，提出改进安全生产管理的建议

inspect the safety status of the unit, timely investigate the hidden dangers of production safety accidents, and put forward suggestions for improving the management of production safety

6、制止和纠正违章指挥、强令冒险作业、违反安全制度、操作规程的行为

Stop and correct illegal command, force risky operation, violation of safety system, operation rules

7、负责安全事故有关信息的汇总、统计、上报；组织或参与事故的调查与处理

To be responsible for the collection, statistics and reporting of information related to safety accidents，Organize or participate in the investigation and treatment of accidents

8、督促落实本单位安全生产整改措施，对安全工作效果评估并提出考核意见

Supervise the implementation of the work safety rectification measures of the unit, evaluate the safety work effect and put forward the assessment opinions

9、做好与客户方安全的沟通协调工作

? Communicate and coordinate with customer's safety organization

10．完成领导交代的其他任务

Fulfil other work assigned by leader

任职要求（Job requirements）：

1. 全日制本科/研究生学历

Full-time college/Master degree

2. 具有0-2年以上安全管理经验或安全工程专业毕业

At least 0-2 years safety management experience, experience in steel industry is preferred

3. 积极主动、乐观上进、勤奋踏实、严谨细致，具备较强的分析解决问题能力

Proactive, optimistic, diligent, practical, rigorous and meticulous, with strong ability to analyze and solve problems

4. 具备良好的组织协调能力、团队合作精神

Good organization and coordination ability and team work spirit

5. 能接受驻外出差30-50%

Travel is acceptable.

6.有一定英语基础

Have some basic English

7 .注册安全工程师优先考虑

Registered safety engineer is preferred
