84 Support commodity to building suppliers panel: attribute status to suppliers, reduce number of suppliers if needed, define suppliers we want to grow as partners, manage supplier selection according to Group criteria

84 Manage T&E sourcing, issue LON, create CW, manage PR,PO and payment with suppliers, follow up supplier development and handle with all the emergency sitations to ensure program timing

84 Ensure effective panel management: ensure a regular follow-up of the suppliers’ performances with all users and divisions

84 Negotiate and implement general agreements with the main suppliers of each commodity

84 This senior buyer will do coordination & insure appropriate answers from suppliers to all

84 request and needs for overseas Divisions and plants

Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Comply with company’s ethics codes, management codes and conduct codes, etc.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

84 Ideally university with major degree in Engineering

84 Full fluency in written and oral English

84 Purchasing or Industrial experience in tools, equipment’s (preferably in injections, welding, slush, foaming… areas)

84 Minimum 5 years experience as a Buyer in an industrial environment

84 Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills generally

84 Ability to work in a matrixed organization in an International Group

84 International mind set, overseas experience a plus

84 Proven ability to evaluate, negotiate and select suppliers (especially on technical criteria)

84 Proven ability to work with engineering, industrial topics, and people

84 Proven ability to plan, develop, and implement purchasing policies and procedures

84 Capable of setting, administering contracts and of ensuring their implementation
