Production Manager

1. Operating production and be responsible for completing production target

2. Be responsible for running and adjusting process and control production operation / machine to improve production efficiency continuously.

3. Be responsible for analyzing production rate and material consuming, and make action plan for lowing production cost

4. Daily 6S management of workshop

5. Make and implement regularly department training plan for employees in production department

6. Making production plan, ensure production plan is well implemented

7. Focus on safety, prevent injuries from happening

8. Improve employee efficiency/satisfaction to retain and motivate employees

9. Support to pass customer and internal audit

10. Cooperate with cross-functional team to reduce the scrap, quickly resolve the problem during the production

11. Evaluate performance for Direct Labor and shift leaders regularly.

12. Complete other work arranged by leader

Qualification ：

Bachelor degree or above

At least 5-year experience for workshop production management

Good for reading, writing and speaking English

Skilled for Office software
