物流招商经理 Marketing Manager

该岗位负责物流地产项目招商租赁工作。

Job Responsibilities

61 Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s portfolio

制定招商策略及落地工作，确保租赁指标的完成；

61 Securing new tenancies and liaising with property agents

拓展及维护招商渠道，包括但不限于客户，中介和政府等渠道；

61 Identifying market segments and prospects

了解项目所在地行业发展趋势和市场需求；

61 Involving in lease management

能够独立完成租赁合同的谈判和签订；

61 Other job responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor

其他主管安排的工作内容。

Job Requirements

61 Degree holder in Estate Management/Building/Business Administration (Marketing) or its equivalent

大专及以上学历，市场营销、企业管理及地产相关专业优先；

61 At least 8 years’ relevant experience in marketing and leasing

八年以上房地产相关招商经验；

61 Good command of verbal and written English

英语书面能力良好；

61 Excellent interpersonal skills

出色的沟通表达和人际交往能力；

61 Having a sound understanding of the real estate industry and an extensive network of contacts

有较强的市场敏锐度及丰富招商渠道资源。
