Responsibilities:
61 Develop and implement human resources management strategy, system, policies and procedures, keep update Employee Handbook in a regular scheme, and ensure HR management policies are well interpreted and tailored into local business environment and human resources in line with applicable Articles of Association, Management Rules and other relevant guidance.
61 Manage the department's and the company's human budget & resources.
61 Oversee all aspects of HR area, including managing/developing HR team, define/improving department objectives/processes/work instructions, and manage all HRM functions (e.g., talents acquisition, rewards, HR development, performance management, employees' relationship etc.).
61 Ensure HR compliance with legal requirements and regulations, evaluate and implement relevant legislative changes when necessary.
61 Design and implement company leadership development policies/programs, promote a learning culture in the company.
61 Develop and implement employee recognition and retention measures and programs.
61 Initiate mass recruiting and headcount adjustment programs as required by the business situation.
61 Work together with all level Managers in the company, to offer consultation and support on people development and management topics and practices.
Requirements:
61 Bachelor or above degree in Human Resource Management
61 10+ years of related working experiences in a manufacturing environment, including at least 5 years of management experience and equivalent combination of education and experience.
61 Qualifications in human resources or business studies, a good understanding of production operations and business would be preferred.
61 Readiness to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment, including in situations of business transformation; ability to lead change as part of the leadership team.
61 Demonstrated ability, proven and sustained performance of all the tasks.
61 Able to deal with complex issue and facts under international/multi-cultural working environment.
61 Proven leadership skills and team player in cross-functional teams.
61 Demonstrated integrity in all business matters, in line with all legal requirements and the business’ code of conduct.
61 Good English language skills verbally, reading and in writing.
61 Excellent computer skills including MS office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint, working experience with HRIS will be must.
