热泵热水器机械设计工程师

主要职责是热泵热水器的产品设计，主要市场为欧洲、澳大利亚、北美、东南亚等地。工作内容包括新产品结构设计、成本控制、质量提升以及技术升级：

1.热泵热水器结构设计工程师，负责热泵热水器的设计及研发项目。根据ARISTON研发流程及市场标准和规范开展设计工作。

HPWH design engineer, responsible for HPWH research and development projects for export markets. project management according to company procedures. Project design according to final market standard and regulations.

2.主导所负责新产品外观、结构设计方面的相关的工作，包括：设计、评审、模具制造、零件打样、样品确认、整机试装、外观确认等。

Lead responsible for new product appearance, structure design, including: design, review, mould manufacturing, parts proofing, sample confirmation, machine trial assembly, appearance confirmation, etc.

3.负责新产品结构设计、相关的模具制作、跟进及过程中问题点的处理,跟进新品模具制作进度及修改模具,及生产过程中的模具修改工作，熟悉与供应商的合作关系。

Responsible for new product structure design, and related mould making, follow up and deal with problems in the process, follow up new product mould progress and mould modification, and mould modification after mass production. Be familiar in relationship with suppliers.

4.具备基础电气知识并能用于设计工作，能够设计内、外部线束、传感器，并对它们的布局进行设计。

Design with basic electric know how, be capable of design for cabling/NTC and design their lay-out.

5.跟进新产品 BOM 、相关产品资料的编制及修改（产品规格书、测试报告）。

Follow up the preparation and modification of new product BOM and related product information (product specification, test report).

6.导入新设计产品的生产，为生产及工艺提供技术支持。

Introduce new product into production, provide technical support for production and process.

7.配合、协助公司生产、质量、工艺等部门解决与外观、结构相关的技术问题。

Solve the product failure problems from Quality, Production and other departments.

8.进行持续的质量改进及降本等活动。

Carry out continuous quality improvement and cost reduction activities.

岗位要求：

1.本科学历以上。机械、自动化、模具相关专业优先；

2.8年以上家电产品设计经验，有热泵热水器或空调设计经验者优先；

3.熟练操作2D/3D软件, 需具备良好的Solid works设计能力；

4.熟悉产品外观、结构设计，熟悉机械加工、材料、面处理、各类标准件应用等相关知识。做过家电相关的优先。熟悉注塑件的设计和基本的金属加工（折弯，冲压，轧辊…）；

5.了解塑料模具、压铸模具、冲压模具、橡胶模具、型材挤出模具及其制造、加工工艺；

6.具备独立解决技术问题的能力，有较强的创新意识；

7.具备良好的英语书面和口语能力，能够进行有效的日常国际同事间的英语交流。
