Sourcing Engineer（电子方向）

1. 根据国内业务发展需要，开发EMS供应商和电子元件供应商。

According to the needs of the company’s business development, develop EMS and electronics components supplier.

2. 新项目零件和产品供应商开发管理，确保项目按期完成。

Manage supplier development plan for new project to ensure the project completes on time.

3. 供应商业务谈判，开发潜在供应商，分析供应商能力，确定供应商。

Negotiation with supplier, develop potential suppliers, analysis for supplier capabilities and determine suitable supplier.

4. 询价、比价、价格和成本分析，代表公司签订采购合同；

RFQ, price and cost analysis, sign purchasing contract on behalf company.

5. 及时跟踪零件市场价格行情变化，以期及时采取措施降低采购成本；

Keep track of market price changes of components in time so as to take timely measure to reduce purchasing cost.

6. 评估供应商提供的降本建议，推动实施节省成本的方案。

Evaluate suppliers’ proposal of cost reduction, drive cost saving proposal.

7. 参与供应商质量管理，协助SQE推动供应商质量改进，持续提升供应商质量水平；

Keep close communicate with engineers at the German headquarters to discuss and formulate product solution;

8. 参与公司内部产品及流程的持续改善；

Participate in supplier quality management, support SQE to continuously improve supplier quality.

9. 完成主管交办的其他任务；

Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor。

岗位任职要求

Requirements

1. 本科及以上学历,电子信息工程/自动化相关专业或具备同等知识；

Bachelor degree or above in Electronics or electrical automation or equivalent;

2. 至少5年的EMS供应商开发经验，对电子元件成本核算有深刻的理解。

5 +years experience in EMS sourcing, deep understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies(eg, PCBA, box build)

3. 具有丰富的多品种小批量生产供应链管理的经验。

Proven expertise in manage high-mix, low-volume supply chains is mandatory.

4. 沟通能力强，具备一定的项目管理经验。

Strong communication skills, with solid experience of project management.

5. 动手能力强，能适应快节奏的环境。

Hands-on and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

6. 能适应频繁的国内出差。

Willing frequent travelling domestically.

7. 英语流利者优先。

Preferrable good English speaking.
