1. The role is based at China Suzhou site, whose responsibilities cover RF PIM (Passive Intermodulation), S-parameter (Return Loss & Isolation) test software development and optimizations, as well as hardware design and integrated into test software for automate and intelligence test, including driver and firmware development, test measurement accuracy and stability verification, test software launched into production test etc.

2. The role is critical to support new test initiatives with automation and AI, especially optimizing & re-designing global production test towards further test time and devices' cost savings. Besides it, the role also needs to work out new test solution to align with manufacturing strategies and product roadmaps, e.g., 5G antenna. Will work as part of a global test engineering team to develop software to further automate and intelligence testing of products and ensure consistent utilization at all plants.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

1. Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering or equivalent.

2. 8+ years' hands-on software development experience with .NET and related technologies, including C#, C++, VB, ASP.NET, OOP.

3. Professional experiences in SQL server database development, e.g., table design, writing stored procedures, improving query performance.

4. At least 4-6 years of industrial experience in RF product testing.

5. Knowledge of RF hardware systems and testing equipment is a must.

6. Design, optimization and testing of antennas / different RF & microwave product performance of wireless products FR1/FR2 and LTE frequency bands.

7. Simulation & Hardware tuning of various antennas using matching networks.

8. Proficient understanding of complete software development cycle, Gauge R&R, test plan / protocol development & execution.

9. Practical experiences in handling Vector Network Analyzer/ Spectrum Analyzer (ZNL6) / Signal Generators / PIM Analyzer for production testing, calibration, validation, verification, PIM & Return Loss measurement variances analyze etc.

10. Measurement of RF path loss, PIM, VSWR and TDR for RF products by preparing & executing RF test plan.

11. Responsible for RF test design, integration & familiar with PCB schematics. PCBA troubleshooting skills are desirable.

12. Experiences in Python and experience with relevant image recognition technology libraries (OpenCV, Halcon, TensorFlow, PyTorch etc.).

13. Test automation using python or any industrial software & customized hardware development experience in RF domain will be highly appreciated.

14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

15. Ability to work without / minimal supervision.
