投标管理及业务分析专员

1、Manages the entire tender process and ensure quality on-time submission

2、Works closely with the Account Owner and Product Management to:

Define the tender strategy (Win criteria, proposed solutions, etc.)

Develop the solution and pricing proposal

Analyse customers’ requirement and feedback

3、Active engagement with country & trade pricing teams to ensure logical & competitive offer

4、Pro-active follow up with Account Owners on upcoming bids & action plan

5、Drives continuous improvement with all stakeholders within the opportunity management process

6、Prompt update on Tender milestones & figures

7、Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements

1、Excellent communication and customer service skills

2、Basic knowledge in international air and sea freight forwarding business

3、Willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines when required

4、Minimum of University bachelor’s degree

5、2-4 years of experience in freight forwarding environment, preferably with pricing background.

6、Display good understanding of freight forwarding business

7、Displays confidence and has clear articulation of ideas
