Minium Bachelor especially Industrial engenieering, vehicle construction or generel enegnierung with minimum of 3-years work experience in quality management
b) Skills
Additional qualification in Qualitymanagement , knowledge in Q-methodes APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, 8D knowledge in manufacturing technology and measurement methods
Knowledge of VDA6.3 process audit
Knowledge of ISO14001&ISO45001
Knowledge of precision stamping process
Mental activities and physical demands
C) TASK DESCRIPTION
61 In the Quality planning responsible for
- Create inspection records to the supplier and customer
- Define and create AQP plan together with the supplier and customer (After consultation with the M-QPL)
- Provide intial sample documentation and data management in CAQ Babtec APQP
- Create controll plan for incoming inspection and prototypes (After consultation with the M-QPL)
- Customer and supplier support concerning quality iussues
- Taking account of customer and standards requirements and quality costs
- Negociate in the context of the overall customer project management responsibility for quality issues with
customers and suppliers in terms of dates and topics and Execute all necessary measures to meet the quality requirements.
- Execute supplieraudits acc. iwis standard (PSO) together with M-QPL and M-MWS
- Jointly responsible für Supplier selection, take care of them, auditing and developing them.
- Assignment of measurements external and internal
- Continuous improvement of existing test procedures in the pre-series
- Coordination and supporting of customer and supplier complaints
- Create customer and suuplier complaints in Babtec CAQ, acc. 8D - methode
- Define and implementing measures to solve problems at the suppliers (After consultation with the M-QPL
- Reporting to M-QPL munich concerning customer complaints and measurements
- Effectiveness check of the measure at suppliers and iwis (controlling via Babtec CAQ)
- Visit suppliers and customers (After consultation with the M-QPL)

Third party audit arrangement and preparation. Continue improvement at Q area. QMS maintenance.
Support in quality queries and quality methods (eg FMEA, fault analysis techniques, APQP, measurements) from other sectors (eg construction, SK, MW)
As part of the complaint handling, procedures shall be implemented and problem analysis carried out (eg analysis on the deviation from predetermined values). For this purpose, quality techniques (eg Isikawa, 8D steps, FMEA, 5W questioning techniques) should be used.
