1. Customer service for quality issues针对质量问题的客户服务

2. Driving 0km and field claim parts analysis and creating 8D report to customer零公里和售后缺陷件的分析和生成8D报告并提交给客户

3. Fetching 0km and field claim parts from customer regularly定期取回零公里和售后缺陷件

4. Statistic and report quality data of 0km and field claim in time及时统计零公里和售后缺陷件并报告质量数据

5. Support QP to handle the quality issues before SOP and first 6 months of SOP支持QP处理质量问题（批量之前和批量之后6个月内的）

6. Regularly organize to review customer concern and actions follow up定期组织回顾顾客反馈及改进跟踪

7.Customer portal performance follow up, download and actions follow up顾客平台业绩的跟踪，下载和措施的跟踪关闭

8. Take part in the daily QRQC meeting, process check in customer's view daily and feedback参加日QRQC会议，同时以顾客视角每天进行过程检查和反馈改进

9.QM moudle application for customer performance data顾客业绩定期录入QM模块

10.Customer service team managment and training顾客服务团队的管理和培训

11 Incoming inspection management进货检验的管理

12. Strictly follow safety operation regulation and occupation health and safety and environment regulation, guarantee safety production and control environment pollution.严格执行安全操作规程和职业安全健康与环境文件规定，保障安全生产，控制环境污染。

13. Occasional task or function领导临时安排的工作

- Must have over 3 years’ working experience in CQE function in BMW Tier1 supplier.

- Be familiar VDA Field & BMW GS95004 analysis process. It’s preferred to have the actual experience in handling warranty cases.

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- fluent oral English skills.

- Interior or Exterior parts working experienced is preferred.
