Production Supervisor

61Via Giv Manex platform to benchmark existing performance and enhance global standard adherence and reapply global best practice based on site situation

61Work with FIM, global COE, site peer’s department to solve independently process and product related problems and establish site know-how library

61Define and identify necessary investments in production area and collaborate or lead CAPEX projects implementation in production area

61Balance cost/ material optimization/ inventory, develop automation usage strategy to achieve smart use

61Drive operation excellence by continuously challenge status quo and encourage employee to participate in improving activities.

61Oversee development of high performing work teams within department through coaching, training and engaging team members through effective cascading of goals, visual performance boards and performance management and ongoing communications of factory changes and performance.

61Support employee involvement in safety, analytical problem solving, lean initiatives, fostering a teamwork atmosphere.

Requirements：

61Experience in driving and supporting innovative manufacturing and maintenance systems.

61Business knowledge of budget, asset and cost structure management.

61Proven leadership, team building and organization skills, along with the ability to build trust and integrity.

61Demonstrated knowledge, understanding, and implementation of process improvement methodologies, including stable operations and / or similar process improvement protocols.

61Fluent written and spoken English

61Bachelor's degree in chemical relevant major, master’s degree is preferred

615 -10 years of manufacturing experience in chemical industry and being family with batch production

61At least 5 years of experience in people management.

61Successful track record of achieving plant operational goals.
