We are now looking for a Senior Electronic Hardware Engineer to join our Innovation Team in China. Working under the Engineering Project Manager, you will support the electrical development and adaptation of existing product platforms to fit regional manufacturing capabilities and market requirements. You will be responsible for electronics/electrical design, design reviews, and prototype support, collaborating closely with both internal teams and suppliers.

Duties and Responsibilities：
- Take ownership of assigned hardware tasks within product improvement and adaptation projects.
- Modify and optimize existing PCB and circuit for performance, cost, and component availability.
- Perform schematic design, layout support, and component selection.
- Collaborate with mechanical, validation, and software engineers to ensure full system integration.
- Support and guide prototype builds, electrical verification, and bench testing/debugging.
- Interface with suppliers to ensure sourcing and manufacturability of electrical components and PCBs.
- Document all changes, test results, and design decisions in accordance with Interroll's development process.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support design reviews.

Required Qualifications：
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in electronic hardware design, especially for industrial or embedded systems.
- Strong proficiency in EDA (at least
1) software tool, WCA (worst case analysis) & calculation, failure analysis, field trouble shooting, .... etc.- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- Familiarity with supplier interaction and cost-driven component selection.
- Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
