Responsibilities/What You’ll Do:
61 Help the company to generate new Sales and Growth in Southern China (Guangdong,Fujian…), within potential market DC, Semiconductor, EV…
61 Generate new business by prospecting, cold calling or leveraging on existing contacts.
61 Deliver product and application presentations to potential and existing customers.
61 Provide technical solutions to clients.
61 Identify cross-selling opportunities within key accounts.
61 Prepare technical and commercial quotations.
61 Provides accurate reports on existing and new business opportunities.
61 Work closely with CEJN internal team.

Qualifications/Your Background:

61 Mechanical engineering background is preferred but not a must.
61 Prior sales experience in development in Southern China, and DC, Semiconductor, EV is preferred.
61 It would be preferable if you are familiar with Thermal control areas or in alternative with hydraulic products such as HP quick couplings and hose kits.
61 Track record of achieving sales targets and opening new accounts
61 Possess good interpersonal qualities to develop strong relationships with colleagues, business partners and clients.
61 Right attitude, hunger to grow and willingness to learn.
61 Possess at least conversational English.
61 Ability to plan and execute on it.
61 Possess problem solving and negotiation skills.
61 People smart, ability to identify and influence key decision makers, with high social intelligence.
61 Proactive, creative, agile to changes and collaborative as a team player.
61 Go-getter, and resilient with positive attitudes are key attributes to be successful in this role.
61 Able to travel in China Mainland and Sweden or other APAC regions when necessary for training/workshops.

CEJN is looking for a proactive and a goal oriented “Sales Hunter” to join their manufacturing company based in Songjiang District, Shanghai. As Reginal Sales Engineer/Manager, you will represent CEJN brand in China, provide detailed business intelligence, identify/analyze new opportunities, map segments, and propose action plans to help grow company sales.

This role will report to the Sales Manager, based in Shanghai. You will closely work with a motivated sales&mktg team. All the new employees will receive company orientation and product knowledge training, as well as technical support from Shanghai (Regional Office) and Sweden (HQ).
