2. Capacity management. According to the quarterly capacity review with capacity manager in group, implement and manage invested projects to reach targeted capacity.

3. Propose new processes or new technology introduction to enable Somfy Nanxun to be one of the best Chinese manufacturers.

4. Work with MES team to launch MES in Nanxun Plant.

Core Requirements

1. Good technical knowledge in process design (mechanical background, electrical knowledge, software knowledge).

2. Min 4 years’ experience as an industrial leader or engineer or similar function.

3. Experienced in lean manufacturing.

4. Can make Siemens PLC program.

5. Be good at English reading and writing. Well English oral will be preferred.

6. Experience in Autocad (CAD programme)
