Have bachelor’s degree or above.

本科以上学历。

3 ~ 5 years purchasing experience in manufacturing field, work in foreign company is preferred.

3~5 年采购工作经验，外资企业工作经验为佳。

Good knowledge of supplier development and project sourcing processes.

熟知供应商开发及项目采购的流程。

Good English skill in written and oral.

良好的英语书写和表达能力。

Knowledge of supply chain and quality system.

了解基本的物流知识和质量体系。

Ability to travel up to 10-20% of the time.

能配合出差。

Responsibilities:

职责：

Taking responsibility for purchasing commodity of Packaging materials/electronic components.

负责包材类/电子件类项目开发。

Interact with NPD teams to organize the technical meeting with suppliers to review the specifications to promote design for manufacturability.

配合新品开发团队组织供应商参与开发与评估产品规格，以促进设计的制造可行性。

Prepare/Issue/Follow respective RFQ for components in project，price and commercial terms negotiation with suppliers to meet sourcing targets

新产品询价，负责与供应商谈判价格及其他商务条款以达成项目的目标成本。

Implement new projects per program schedule, monitor open purchase orders for on time delivery and timely closing of items, strictly timing management on program.

追踪项目订单交期，以确保按时完成项目的进度。

Continuous involvement in the Supplier Selection Process to develop a supply base that provides competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery and technology.

持续改进供应商选择流程，开发出能提供竞争力的供应商，无论是在质量、价格/成本、交货能力或技术上。

Conduct supplier approval and risk management system and process audits in compliance with company’s supplier performance and monitoring goals and objectives.

执行供应商评审及风险管理体系，对供应商绩效进行评估以确保其符合公司目标。

Assist with quality problem resolutions.

协助质量问题的解决。
