The Quality / Process Engineer ensures SKOPE products are manufactured to high-quality standards while driving safe, efficient, and continuously improving processes at third-party facilities in China. They also support the introduction of new products into production and work with SKOPE Qingdao and strategic partners to address quality and process challenges.
Responsibilities:
61 Monitor and maintain product quality across production lines to meet SKOPE’s global standards.
61 Develop, implement, and refine manufacturing processes that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement.
61 Provide technical support and guidance to factory teams on quality and process issues.
61 Work closely with design and production teams to ensure smooth transfer of new products into manufacturing.
61 Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality issues.
61 Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and records.
61 Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of quality expectations.
