供应商质量工程师(SQE)

1. Manage the quality of incoming materials, confirm and handle incoming material defects, improve and confirm the effectiveness.

2. Handle quality problems related to incoming materials in production lines or customer complaints, including analysis of abnormal causes and improvement.

3. Monitor the bad rate of raw materials.

4. Improve the quality control process for raw materials.

5. Audit suppliers to ensure stability.

6. Accept customer audits.

Job Requirements:

1. Technical background, bachelor's degree. Mechanical/electrical/industrial automation/material science and related majors preferred.

2. Familiar with ISO quality system, proficient in using QC seven tools, 5Why analysis method, and the five major tools, with VDA6.3 audit ability preferred.

3. Preferred with experience in automotive manufacturers or auto parts factories.

4. More than 3 years of supplier quality management experience.

5. CET 4 or above (TOEIC 500 points or above)， able to read and write English emails, with basic spoken English communication skills.

6. Remote working is acceptable.

岗位职责：

1.原材料的入料品质管理，来料异常的确认、处理、改善及成效的确认。

2.产线或客诉中，与来料相关的质量问题的处理，包括异常原因分析与改善。

3.原材料不良率的监控。

4.改善原材料品质管制流程。

5.供应商稽核，保证供应商的稳定性。

6.接受客户稽核。

任职条件：

1.熟悉ISO质量体系，能熟练运用QC七大手法、5Why分析法、掌握五大工具，具VDA6.3 稽核能力尤佳。

2.具备车厂或汽车零部件工厂经验者优先。

3.具有3年以上供应商质量管理工作经验。

4.本科学历、英文CET 4级以上，能够读写英文邮件，具备基本的口语交流能力。

5.可异地办公。
