Sourcing project Specialist

61 Conduct marketing surveys, assess, and develop suppliers based on technical capabilities, quality systems, cost structure, and capacity.

61 Create and maintain preferred supplier lists, AVL, and potential supplier databases.

61 Collaborate with R&D and engineering during NPD to select appropriate components and suppliers.

61 Facilitate early supplier involvement and design for manufacturability.

61 Support global R&D with technical and commercial supplier communication.

61 Serve as the single point of contact for global R&D teams regarding high-power transformer sourcing.

61 Manage suppliers from new sample cooperation to delivery, service, and other related aspects.

61 Drive cost optimization through value engineering, negotiation, and localization.

61 Research and maintain current knowledge of industry and technology trends regarding high-power electronic transformers, inductance, and their components.

61 Ensure compliance with company policies, international trade regulations, and sustainability standards.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT 资格要求 :

*PROFESSIONAL专业：

61 Understanding the structure and manufacturing processes of high-power electronic transformers and inductors, as well as the structure and performance of related components (e.g., flat wire, litz wire, mechanical components).

61 Proficiency in supplier development, negotiation, and cost analysis.

61 Familiar with product development processes (NPD, NPI), project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

61 Experience in multinational companies, particularly in engineering or technical sourcing roles related to high-power transformers, is preferred.

61 Background in industries such as new energy, energy storage, industrial control, data centers, or EV charging stations is beneficial.

61 Experience in strategic sourcing or global supplier management and development is preferred.

*EXPERIENCE经验：

61 Minimum 5 years in technical sourcing, supplier development, R&D, or engineering in the magnetic components or power electronics industry.

*EDUCATION教育：

61 Degree or equivalent education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields.

61 PMP certification is preferred

*ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE 必备知识：

61 Product development processes (NPD, NPI).

61 Proficiency in CAD, SolidWorks, or other 2D/3D design software.

61 Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); English is used as the working language.
