2. Maintain and create production BOM and routing in SAP

3. Perform critical process development or modify existing process formulations according to customers' requirements. Review processing techniques and methods in manufacture environment

4. Development and implement Hose Clamps process (PFME, process flow chart, work instruction etc.) in order to produce quality parts in accordance to customer specifications

5. Explore/design/install manufacturing process equipment/JIG/fixture/tooling/layout

6. Provide operation training to production trainer

7. Work on continuous improvement through waste reduction, process simplification

8. Prepare monthly report to report - out progress update

9. Monitor, evaluate, analyze the key indicators of product and process quality (e.g. reject, external PPM, customer complaint, etc.) to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality control

10. Conduct lean production activity and eliminating 7 wasters

11. As key user to support plant MSF and solve problem to support production

12. Other duties, as assigned

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering related

2. Experience in the entire process is preferred, familiar with quality problem resolution, equipment improvement and lean optimization

3. Good at English
