PQE+CQE Engineer

-Activity for new project launch, support PM to ensure each Q delivery for customer on time .

-Sample fabrication FTQ and open issues follow up. Ensure each delivery quality performance.

-Lead customer vehicle pre-launch assembly feedback issue tracking.

-Attend customer project regular review meeting and open issues follow up.

-Support customer on site audit. Support customer vehicle assembly.

-Attend PDT meeting, DR review for new projects.

-Across lessons learnt to new platform

Skills and Abilities/Qualification:

-Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or industry engineering.

-Be familiar with AIAG requirement. Prefer to know Ford, GM, SGMW etc. customer requirement.

-Able to show good communication and influence in cross function team members.

-Familiar with statistic & quality tools (FMEAs, Mfg Control Plan, 3L5Why’s)

-Familiar with5 tools(FMEA;SPC;PPAP;APQP;MSA);6 Sigma.)

-Basic knowledge of IATF 16949/VDA Standard

-Good English both in written and oral.

Experience:

-Familiar with advanced quality and process quality or customer quality

-Familiar with quality experiences in mechanical or manufacturing Industry and be familiar with the workshop quality Management

-3 years of experience in quality activities
