Senior Technical Representative

1. Realize sales target of the designated accounts

2. Implement product/market strategies as agreed with reporting manager

3. Develop new customers and new business

4. Possess sound knowledge of product range and pricing structure

5. Maintain a thorough understanding of product demand in the market, be

familiar with competitive product pricing and strategies

6. Promote the Company’s products

7. Manage assigned key accounts

8. Answer inquiries and preparing quotation according to pre-determined price

level.

9. Monitor general records on customers’ individual profile, visiting reports,

quotation, sales records, and ensure the records are up-to-date

10. Cultivate relationship with customers (existing and new)

11. Guide technical representative

12. Facilitate commercial claim

For Marketing

1. Report all information on market trends/competitors’ activities to reporting

manager

2. Contribute to the formulation of strategic initiatives

For Technical

1. Provide technical support to customers

2. Coordinate bulk trials at customers upon request either by customer or by

reporting manager

3. Identify customers’ technical needs and provide feedback to reporting

manager for allocation of technical support.

4. Familiar with the Company’s full product range.

Requirements

1. Degree in dyeing and finishing or Chemistry or equivalent

2. Minimum 2-5 years experience in sales or 2-5 years as textile dyeing

workshop.

3. Textile chemistry, dyeing and finish

4. Proficient in English and Putonghua

5. Good computer knowledge

6. Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation and analytical and problem

solving skills

7. Tactful, pro-active, self-motivated, team spirit, outgoing

8. Ability to make decision

9. Ability to identify causes and effect
