1. 2~5 years of HAM (Hardware Asset Management) & SAM (Software Asset Management/License) management related working experience

2. With fluent Chinese & English communication skill

3. Be familiar with ServiceNow operation

4. Be familiar with MS Excel operation

Responsibilities:

1. Handling of complete procurement of end points like laptop, desktop, docking stations etc

2. Coordinate with IT service provider for hardware solutions (end user devices) delivered globally

3. Onboarding of hardware’s, catalogue management.

4. Onboarding of new hardware in tool.

5. Coordinate with 3rd party vendor resources on site for BAU activities like stock audit, inventory preparation.

6. Accountable for disposal process globally.

7. Manages consumer computers lifecycle process (portfolio, catalog, procurement, reverse pick-up)

8. Update discrepancies in tool.

9. Vendor coordination for delivery of assets.

10. MIS generation.

11. Knowledge of asset life cycle.

12. Effective management of CMDB, understanding of CR, CI process.

13. Proactively monitor the use of the software to maintain strict compliance.

14. Participate in periodic software audits and in all third-party software license true-ups.

15. Monitor the equipment for the presence of any unauthorized or non-standard software.

16. Provide a summary of the licenses that have been removed, changed or deployed in each month.

17. Manage and ensure effective use of equipment and software.
