WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
1 Responsible for achievement of the sales quota
2 Manage relationships with customers and distributors to understand their requirements and develop appropriate solution(s) to best meet their needs
Increase wallet share in existing customers, maintain and develop new opportunities from existing accounts
3 Support the business through generation of new growth accounts
Manage existing distributors in the area, encourage channel partners to extend the business. Develop new distributors to grow business
4 Provide continual updates via salesforce
5 Provide reporting, forecasting for business planning purposes
6 *** contact window between customers and internal team
7 Maintain knowledge of competitors’ activities throughout assigned vertical
8 Understand current market relationships and partnerships with customers and distributors
9 May be required to perform additional duties as assigned
10 Work with related dept. to solve problems which happened unexpected
YOU HAVE:
1 Academic background in Bachelor Degree in industry automation/ Electric engineering or equivalent work experience
2 Previous experience in or with Minimum 5 years working experience in sales/marketing position
3 Knowledge of products within the industry i.e. industry automation, process control, automotive, machinery, F&B, energy.
4 Knowledge and understanding of selling through a channel model
5 Skills in managing multiple tasks/projects along with the ability to work in a self-directed manner
6 Skills to develop and deliver effective presentations and proposals
7 Ability to negotiate by collaborating with others to arrive at a conclusion using compromise, persuasion, and influence, rationale and diplomacy both internally and externally in a selling environment
8 Ability to use strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present their views in a clear and compelling manner
9 Ability to develop strong relationships in the assigned account markets to assess trends/conditions, and translate these into opportunities to deliver value according to timelines given
10 Ability to manage all aspects of an account with a positive, “can do” attitude
11 Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business circumstances and have the ability to thrive in a constantly changing business environment
12 Can work under pressure
