Job Responsibility:
61 Drive global NPD localization and regional innovation projects together with Plant base and food IGM to ensure business target and growth ambition are met. Responsible for regional innovation pipeline filing.
61 Develop regional biotech toolbox together with team to strengthen our solution offerings to customers across categories, ie plant base protein, meat protein, functional peptide.
61 Set direction for plant base and food application team to unlock new opportunity area, ie meat, prepared food and secure capability building in flavor, nutritional science and relevant application area.
61 Participate global and APAC tech network to ensure knowledge sharing and enable global/regional innovation launch. Keep close communication with global stakeholders and support NPD development.
61 Provide ongoing coaching to team members to deliver high quality customer service, enable customer centric culture and drive employee development.
61 Develop and maintain customer relationships with strong industry connection and external partnership.
61 Manage laboratory, ensure lab safety, quality management, budget, necessary equipment, and physical facilities.
Educational requirements:
Science degree, preferably master or PhD in food science, food processing, biology, chemistry or adjacent fields.
Required experience:
At least 3 years in F&B relevant experience with proven success of managing projects or team.

61 Excellent communication skills, positive collaborative attitude and working agility, Fluent English oral and written communication
61 Structured and strategic thinking to shape biosolution toolbox and unlock new opportunity area
61 Strong customer centricity mindset and drive for creating results
61 Be flexible for potential travelling domestically or abroad according to projects requirement
