Manufacturing Engineer

b. Primary responsibility to improve production productivity and quality and operation training and cell safety prevention.

c. Solve and deal with the technical problems related to test system & device to provide technical support for normal production.

d. Assist new project introduction from R&D team or migration to plant manufacturing and release product support.

e. Support plant digitalization evolution.

II. Key Responsibilities

a. Implement Kaizen to improve cells productivity and quality.

b. Maintain assembly fixture/equipment/test system to prevent production line down.

c. Cooperate with R&D to develop assembly & test fixtures of new projects and Migration projects.

d. Cooperate with R&D to develop quality control plan and process plan of new project and Migration projects. Develop related SOP.

e. Train operator for new job required skills and certify operator skill level.

f. Support EHS to eliminate/prevent any safety issues in production area.

g. Support ECN （engineering change notice） or ECO (engineering change order) control.

h. Perform other related duties as assigned.

III. Education, Background and Skill Requirements

a. Candidate supposed to with electronic or automatic or electro mechanics education background, with a minimum of 5 years' electronic technical experience or equivalent combination of experience and education. Instrument’s background is preferred.

b. VES/Lean related knowledge & manufacturing experience or NPI （new production introduction） experience is preferred.

c. Support the implementation of the company's EHS targets and management plan.

d. Able to develop and design assembly and test fixture based on project requirement or production requirement is preferred.

e. Has digitalization experience is preferred.

f. Fluent in both oral and written English.
