外贸跟单项目经理

1.In charge of projects assigned;

2.Find factories and negotiate terms to ensure we deliver our Client Promise;

3.Review suitability of existing factories;

4.Prepare all documentation to ensure each and every order is executed on time and without surprises;

5.Arrange quality inspections at factories by our in-house inspectors;

6.Arrange shipping and insurance;

7.Self learn newly assigned products, their supply and demand markets;

8.Adhere to company’s culture, internal working practices & procedures.

职责：

1、负责所分配的项目；

2.寻找工厂并协商条款，以确保兑现我们的客户承诺；

3.审查现有工厂的适宜性；

4.准备所有文件，以确保每一个订单都按时执行，不会出现意外；

5.安排我司验货员到工厂进行产品质量检验；

6.安排运输和保险；

7.自学新分配的产品及其供求市场；

8.遵守公司文化、内部工作实践和程序

REQUIREMENTS:

1.Personal qualities: honest, responsible, proactive, self learning, self starting, results oriented, team player.

2.Work experience:

(1)At least 5 years experience managing foreign clients orders;

(2)Knowledge of Construction Materials (such as: Flooring, Wood Doors, Décor Paper, Sanitary Ware, Electric Power Tools) or Furniture preferred;

(3)Solid knowledge of how and when to obtain all export documents;

(4)Excellent factory searching skills;

4.Computer skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills (specially Excel and Power Point); Strong internet connection and computer protection skills; Ability to prepare pictures for promotional and sales purposes; Quickly learn new software as directed by management.

5.Place of work: Work from home;

6.Travel: Factories (sometimes at short notice) and Fairs.

（3） 对如何以及何时获得所有出口文件有扎实的知识；

（4） 优秀的寻找工厂的能力；

4.计算机技能：熟练使用Office办公软件（尤其是Excel和Power Point）；较强的网络连接和计算机维护技能；能够准备用于促销和销售目的的图片；按照管理层的指示快速学习新软件。

5.工作地点：在家工作；

6.出差：工厂（有时会临时通知）和展会。
