2. Generate technical documentation needed for inspection and tooling. Ensure design and products conform to ERP design rules, standard engineering practices and the supplier specifications

3. Utilize Solidworks/Autocad to create 3D models and 2D drawings of mechanical components. Convert PCB files to MCAD model using Solidworks’ Circuit works program

4. Contribute to multiple engineering projects simultaneously, including design, prototyping, testing, and production.

5. Work closely with Electrical Design Engineers, PCB Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers to produce the optimal PCB layout for power supply and for manufacturing DFM

6. Participate in design reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, Sourcing, DQE/Reliability and Manufacturing to ensure project success.

7. Responsible for developing mechanical BOM for new models and maintaining BOMs for sustaining models by ECN

8. Prepared label artwork layout of new models and coordinate with Safety for the corresponding logos

9. Some hands-on assembly of new prototypes.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

2. Minimum of five (5) years experiences of Mechanical design in SolidWorks/Pro-Engineer (Creo) or AutoCAD.

3. General understanding of power supply design and components

4. Must be team oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication.

5. Can communicate in English, both writing and speaking
