4. Manage purchasing orders according sales purchase request, push production lead time. Solve problems with different departments in time & priorities;

根据销售采购要求管理采购订单，推动生产提前期; 及时和优先解决不同部门的问题

5. Orders QC inspection applications & follow up. Coordinate process between suppliers and QC department, coordinate incoming claims from customer care.

订单质检申请及跟进。协调供应商和质量控制部门之间的流程，协调客户服务部门收到的索赔

6. Maintain China & imported stock quantities, according agreed MOQ with marketing & sales purchase request

根据市场和销售采购请求，根据商定的最小起订量，维护中国和进口库存数量

7. Communicate with foreign suppliers for import orders to China & maintain properly in Divalto;

与国外供应商就中国进口订单进行沟通，并在Divalto系统中进行适当维护

8. Optimize orders and process workflow, with outsourcing & IT support. Optimize and improve relevant procedures;

9. Collaborate with colleagues, make sure work fulfill in time and quality;

10. Follow up on other relevant request appointed by management.
