Process Engineer/工艺工程师

1. Set up process/equipment capability for designed project.

2. Conduct engineering evaluation and qualification for new product, equipment, material, develop and establish equipment operating procedures and maintenance program.

3. Define operation standard, generate specification, working instruction for responsible process/operation.

4. Initiate and establish statistical process control and control design of process and implement process control tools SPC, FMEA, Control Plan and APQP for responsible process/station.

5. Monitor line process/equipment issues, analyze and initiate problem solving or providing engineering solutions.

6. Analyze the data and improve yield and quality continuously.

7. Customer issues investigations and correct actions implementation.

8. Waste identification and initiate project to improve productivity, equipment utilization and operation efficiency.

9. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

任职要求：

Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical/mechanical engineering

Language: fluent oral and written skills in English and Mandarin

Experience: 0~6years’ work experience including 0~3 years’ manufacturing process expertise experience in a high paced environment Electric, automation and statistic knowledge background.

Familiar with QC tools, FMEA and other problem solving method.

Basic knowledge in quality/EHS system. Project management.

Basic knowledge and hands-on experience on Lean/ 5S.

Good presentation skills.

Assy. process background is preferred for assembly process engineering.
