Live streaming Operator

? Coordinate and direct each live streaming shows, including topic selection, process planning, personnel arrangement, content creation (mainly script writing for hosts) . Optimize live streaming process by adjusting scripts, pace and show mechanism, etc.

? Collaborate closely with internal and external resources (such as internal cross-departmental cooperation, KOL cooperation, suppliers, media groups, sales groups, etc.).

? Work closely within the live streaming team (equipment group, host group, media group, etc.), make sure the efficient cooperation of each sections.

YOUR PROFILE

? Bachelor degree or above, over 3 years of work experience, and over 1 year of live steaming operation experience.

? Strong analytical ability, have a good understanding of the live streaming industry, familiar with the rules and regulations of platforms such as WeChat and Douyin, can effectively analyze data and improve performance.

? Reliable and responsible with excellent communication skills, can handle cross departmental and external collaboration at ease

? Can work in independently , adaptable to unexpected situations, and proficient problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues.

? Proficient in office software like Excel, and familiar with the backend systems related to live streaming

? Prior MCN work experience or successful 0-1 operation experience of brand live streaming is preferred.

? Prior work experience in content production or sales in high average order value product is preferred.

? Prior experience in managing different live streaming host teams is preferred.

? Fluency in English is preferred.
