93 What You’ll Do
921. Graphic & Visual Design
61 Coordinate with photographers: define visual briefs, follow up on deliverables, and validate images.
61 Edit and retouch photos using Photoshop and generative AI tools (Leonardo, Firefly, Vizcom).
61 Create visually impactful content including:
o Packshots for websites
o Marketing visuals and image assets for digital platforms
o Product imagery for social media and online catalogues

2. Product Catalogue Management
61 Participate the design and structure of product catalogues using InDesign.
61 Input and update product data: texts, dimensions, references.
61 Integrate, update, and archive visual content within SharePoint.
61 Ensure proper version control and consistent visual identity across all materials.

3. Content & Communication
61 Develop visual content that aligns with product guidelines and enhances storytelling.
61 Work with marketing and content teams to adapt visuals across platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
61 Contribute to written content where necessary, ensuring tone and messaging consistency.

73 Your Profile
1. Core Skills
61 Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
61 Experienced with generative AI tools for design and editing
61 Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), particularly for data input, tracking, and planning
61 Solid writing and editing skills in English—able to craft and adapt content for various platforms
2. Design Expertise
61 Strong grasp of graphic design principles: composition, typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
61 Excellent visual sensibility and ability to produce coherent, attractive, and brand-aligned designs
61 Skilled in image selection, retouching, and enhancement to elevate storytelling
61 A keen eye for rendering quality and visual perspective
3. Mindset & Work Ethic
61 Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects with precision
61 Creative, autonomous, and proactive with a curiosity for digital innovation
61 Detail-oriented with rigorous file and data management habits
61 Open-minded and collaborative—ready to contribute in a multicultural team environment
4. Languages
61 Fluent in English (spoken and written)
