As a QAE you will also be responsible for conducting factory audit prior to product selection.

The QAE will follow the project, while ensuring compliance to internal/external standards and customer expectations.

You will join our ambitious departments at Schou in Denmark and work closely together with our QC team in Hangzhou.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Develop and implement comprehensive QAE processes and procedures for all E&E products.

2. Work directly with manufacturing staff, technicians, and engineers to identify and resolve quality issues throughout the entire production cycles from raw materials to final product assembly.

3,.Conduct on-site audits at factories, to determine action required for improvement, ensuring adherence to established quality standards

4. Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements

5. Supports development and conducts and support problem investigations using CAPA and RCA tools and methodologies

6. Support supplier training as may be required and helpful

7.On-going product testing and ensure suppliers follow established customer standards.

8.Conduct technical audits and inspections to assess production processes and identify any areas for improvement.

9.Collaborate with suppliers to address technical challenges and ensure continuous product improvement.

10.Contribute to the development of standards and guidelines for supplier qualification and production quality.

Qualifications:

1, Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, Materials or a related field.

2, Three years minimum experience as a QA/E in E&E industry

3, Extensive experience in quality assurance and quality control, Particularly in the fields of E&E products

4, Strong familiarity with manufacturing processes and EU regulations, like ROHS, LVD Safety regulations, EMC, REACH, etc

5, Excellent problem- Solving and critical thinking abilities, with a proven ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently

6, Ability to interact effectively with factory workers, engineers, technicians, and management teams in both English and Mandarin.

7, Experience in developing, documenting, and enforcing quality procedures and standards

8.Upper level in English in both oral and writing

9.Computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Power Point

Working conditions:

1.Work location will be in Hangzhou, China

2.Organizational reference to the Chief Representative in our Hangzhou office, but Daily task reference will be to our managers in Denmark.
