4.Serve as primary contact for automotive OEMs and equipment manufacturers, understanding their supply chain requirements.

5.Negotiate long-term transport contracts aligning with client production cycles.

6.Organized team execution of vehicle transportation, loading/unloading operations in China, ensuring strict contract compliance.

7.Implemented rigorous quality control across all operational stages, including damage rate reduction, timeliness adherence, and TQM standards to meet client expectations.

8. Other tasks assigned by leader.

Requirements:

1.University degree or above.

2.Desired to have over 5 years of team management experience in RORO shipping industry.

3.Proficient skills in written and oral Chinese and English.

4.Good experience in use of relevant IT office applications.

5.Ability to manage multi-task, work independently and be a good team leader and player.

6.Good cultural awareness with the ability to engage with various stakeholders worldwide.
