PC Manager 生产计划经理

1. Analyze the loading forecast to identify production and bottleneck processes, and recommends actions for resolution, including JIT delivery timely, optimal WIP and safety stocks.分析客户订单，确定生产和瓶颈工序，并建议解决措施，包括建立和维护及时交货，优化在线WIP和安全库存

2．Responsible for new capacity expansion, monitoring & tracking production output and follow up the new machine ramp up plan, confirm with EE & PE, SCM, IE, & R&D on materials, HC and machinery availability, delivery & capacity allocation.负责新产能的扩大, 监控和跟踪生产产出，跟进新设备的增加计划。与EE & PE, SCM, IE和RD确认材料，HC和机器的可用性，交货和产能分配。

3．Committed to standardize and systematic line steering job with efficiency improvement. 致力于生产计划流程的标准化和系统化，不断优化和提高工作效率

4．Coaching subordinates to enhance team capability, train and improve team skills to make the goal achieved培训和提高下属能力，打造高效团队, 训练和提高团队的技能以实现目标

5．Support an effective, smooth communication, coordination with other Departments.保持与其他部门有效、顺利的沟通和协调.

6．Drive material saving project with related departments to achieve the target.带领公司相关部门完成降本目标.

Qualification (任职者要求)

1. Bachelor degree of above in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, business administration is preferred;本科及以上学历，工业工程、工程、工商管理专业优先;

2. At least 15 years work experience in semiconductor production planning and 10+ years of team management experience;至少有15年的半导体行业生产计划工作经验，10年以上团队管理经验;

3. Skilled spoken & written English for internal /external communication;熟练的英语沟通;

4. Fluently use different version of office software;熟练使用不同版本的办公软件;

5. Strong communication and coordination skills.较强的沟通协调能力。
