For MP production: （量产部分）

1. Quality management from process to customer. （针对生产制程做品质管控，并对客户负责）

2. Drives end to end process yield improvement. （推动整个生产制程的品质改善）

3. Customer complaint follow up and leading continue improvement.（客户投诉处理）

4. Analyzes reports for field returned products and recommends corrective action.（市场退货的分析及对策追踪）

For NPI project: （试产阶段）

1. Develop and define the standard, inspection method during NPI. （研究定义产品标准，以及相应检验检查方法）

2. Assist QA manager in improve quality management level and customer satisfaction.（协助经理完成产品品质管理定义及改善，提升客户满意度）

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Other Related Flied engineering. （电子，机构或相关专业学士学位）

2. Good English listening & speaking （英语正常听说）

3. Well communication with foreign customer（跟客户良好的沟通能力）

4. Quality data analysis & report preparation. （数据分析及报告能力）

5. Charger/adapter experience is preferred. （电源经验优先）
