Quality Engineer/质量工程师

1. Production/Product quality control and improvement.

2. Preparation of Control plan, Process Inspection WI, Outgoing Inspection WI, Limit Samples,

Customer PPAP.

3. Conduct Product/Process audit regularly.

4. Perform process capability study regularly and make improvement if need.

5. Online measurement tools/equipment’s/gauges/masters management: control, calibration, maintenance.

6. Do MSA study regularly and make improvement if need.

7. Planning and execution of preventive quality assurance.

8. Processing of quality complaints, analysis and statements.

9. Coordinate and monitor product/process change, quality alert for production.

10. Cooperation in production/process/machine acceptance and release.

11. Handle customer quality issues.

12. Cooperation in quality improvement project.

13. Other tasks as assigned by the Quality Manager.

Qualification:

1. College degree or above, Major in Mechanical/Electrical is prefer.

2. Min. 3 years’ work experience in quality assurance, preferable in automotive industry.

3. Experience in quality-relative activities: APQP, PPAP, Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, 8D, Process audit, etc.

4. Fluent in both written & oral English, good at MS-Office

岗位责任:

1. 生产/产品质量控制和改进。

2. 准备控制计划，过程检验WI，出库检验WI，极限样品

客户PPAP。

3. 定期进行产品/过程审核。

4. 定期进行工艺能力研究，必要时进行改进。

5. 在线测量工具/设备/量具/大师管理：控制，校准，维护。

6. 定期进行MSA学习，并在需要时进行改进。

7. 计划和执行预防性质量保证。

8. 处理质量投诉，分析和陈述。

9. 协调和监控产品/工艺变更，生产质量预警。

10. 配合生产/工艺/机器的验收和放行。

11. 处理客户质量问题。

12. 质量改进项目的合作。

13. 质量经理安排的其他工作。

任职资格:

1. 大专以上学历，机械或电气专业优先。

2. 3年以上质量保证工作经验，汽车行业优先。

3. 有质量相关活动经验：APQP， PPAP，工艺流程，PFMEA，控制计划，MSA， SPC, 8D，过程审核等。

4. 英语读写流利，熟练使用办公软件
