职位描述

工作职责
1. Weekly analytic of team's efficiency and effectiveness, point out to managers where the weakness is in current structure and process.
2. Follow through projects in perspective section, with a weekly update report until go live / sign off.
3. Improve customer's experience through feedbacks to delivery team and any other stakeholders.
4. Spot audit of internal/external communications for customer experience improvements.
5. Prepare VIP and premium services scorecard reports that includes performance comparison with standard customers and/or services.
6. Propose action plans to meet company's agreed SLA for these customers and/or services.
7. Identify customer's needs through collective data analysis in all GBS products and survey results (i.e.booking, BL new and amendment, FAI, etc...).
8. Track and analyze weekly manifest and pending related issues, identify gaps and risks, followed by enhancement.
9. Present weekly analytic results to all stakeholders.
10. Escalate unresolved issues to higher management.
任职要求
1. University Graduate.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Shipping and logistics industry functions.
3. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
4. Project management skills.
5. Interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Very strong oral and written English skills; French a plus PC skills, good appreciation and knowledge of latest IT application.
7. CI mindset and knowledge.
8. Various analysis tools.
9. Process mapping knowledge.
10. Strong execution, process oriented, result oriented, communication and interpersonal skills, project management skills, time management skills and strong skills on office applications.
11. Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
12. Good command of oral and written English.
13. Very organized and logical.
14. Creativity and innovative thinking.
15. In-depth knowledge in shipping industry.
16. Experience in other shipping line functions like Sales, customer service, Operation and/or Finance.
17. Sufficient exposure to multi-cultural environment of work or life.
18. Experience in global service centers.
