- Follow up technical open issues and failure analysis including proper documentation and discussion with internal competent team members

- Monitoring of production performance and taking action on time before issues escalate and impact OEE with the target to reduce scrap in series production

- Involvement in task force meetings and discussions with experts in Germany

- Support the interface function between different projects to enhance internal communication and exchange of relevant technical topics

- Team work with project teams, including process development team, purchasing team and supplier quality ensurance team, etc.

- Lead damper mechanical component localization activities

- Support discussions with the customers regarding system technicial issue, vehicle performance issues, ensure sufficient support to customer through internal competent team members. Ensure competent approach at the customer side.

- Support configuration management and change management.

Required Competency and Qualification 任职能力及资格

1,Bachlor, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Automotive Engineering.

2,At least three years of mechanical design experience in automobile branch. Transmission design experience, steering gear design experience preferred.

3,At least three years of project team work experience in automobile branch

4,Understanding of IATF 16949 standard & related experience

5,Be familiar with Catia V5 and/or UG knowledge

6, Have good understanding of Product life cycle, project activities and milestones

7, Fluent English in working
