Job Description：
-Conduct on-site service for Coperion components (extruder, screen pack changer, hydraulic system, feeding system), this comprises maintenance, installation, start-up, commissioning, trouble-shooting and training
对公司部件(挤出机，筛包更换器，液压系统，进料系统)进行现场服务，包括维护，安装，启动，调试，故障排除和培训
-Supervision and performing of electrical installation according to the low voltage electrical drawings and instruments loop diagrams.
根据低压电气图纸和仪表回路图，监督和执行电气安装。
-Function and safety loop check according to the function diagram description.
根据功能图说明检查功能和安全回路。
-Extruder systems start up with close co-operation and reporting to project manager.
与项目经理密切合作并向项目经理汇报挤出机系统的启动。
-24 hrs hotline support.

-Basic mechanical repair work and alignment of drives

-Participate in the Global Large Projects by assistance to German site manager and co-ordination of daily performances with contractors

Job Requirement:
-Bachelor Degree majoring in electricity or instrument
电气或仪表类专业本科学历
-At least 5 years experience in installation and maintenance of production machines
5年以上生产设备安装和维护经验
-Willingness to travel with up to 60% of the working time on yearly.
接受每年出差60%以上的工作时间
-Having a good experience for programming with STL language in Siemens 300 & 400 PLC system, Be familiar with Siemens S7 400 redundant system.
熟练使用STL语言进行西门子300和400 PLC系统编程，熟悉西门子s7400冗余系统。
-Have good experience for programming with CFC, SFC in Siemens PCS 7 system
在Siemens pcs7系统中有良好的CFC, SFC编程经验
-Be familiar with Siemens touch screen and WinCC 6 including software and hardware.
熟悉西门子触摸屏和WinCC 6的软件和硬件。
-Have good experience to do commissioning and trouble shooting for the frequency converters, such as ABB ACS 800, Siemens G120, G150.
对ABB ACS 800，西门子G120, G150等变频器有良好的调试和故障排除经验。
-Knowing normal industrial instruments well, such as pressure sensor, PTC, thermocouple, flow meter, level switch as well as load cell.
熟悉常用工业仪表，如压力传感器、PTC、热电偶、流量计、液位开关、测压传感器等。
-Can write and modify the PCS7 and S7 program according to the logic diagrams.
能根据逻辑图编写和修改PCS7和S7程序。
-Having certain knowledge for extruder system and understanding of PI&D drawings.
对挤出机系统有一定的了解，了解PI&D图纸。
-Can use the Office software (MS Word, Excel)
会使用Office办公软件(MS Word, Excel)
-Good understanding of technical drawings and the contained information.
熟练理解技术图纸及相关信息。
-Team player with hands on mentality.
