1) Safety Management System

61 Develop, implement, and maintain the company's safety management system to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal standards.

61 Regularly review and update safety management policies and procedures to ensure their effectiveness and applicability.

2) Risk Assessment

61 Identify and assess safety risks in the company's operations and develop risk control measures.

61 Conduct safety risk assessments and analyses, provide improvement recommendations, and oversee implementation.

3) Incident Investigation

61 Lead investigations of safety incidents and accidents, analyze root causes, and develop corrective and preventive measures.

61 Review incident investigation reports, maintain the incident management system and present findings and recommendations to each clusters/plants regularly.

4) Compliance Management

61 Ensure company operations comply with relevant safety laws, regulations, and industry standards.

61 Participate in government and third-party safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance.

5) Safety Culture

61 Promote and enhance the company's safety culture via various activities.

61 Organize and participate in safety activities to increase employees' safety awareness and engagement.

6) Data Analysis

61 Collect and analyze safety data to identify trends and potential issues.

61 Prepare safety reports and present safety performance and improvement recommendations to management.

工作要求

Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in Environment/Chemical Engineering / Safety Engineering or related discipline

Experience

61 Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS field in multinational company, with chemical background will be considered as well.

61 Extensive experience in safety risk assessment and incident investigation.

Competency and skills:

61 The certified safety engineer (chemical) is required.

61 Be familiar with the responsible care management system experience is preferred.

61 Be familiar with Chinese EHS-related standards and regulations.

61 Good communication and influencing skill.

Good command of English in verbal and written.
