This position is our company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Haozhida Machinery (Chongqing) Co., Ltd., which is engaged in CNC, CNC lathes, large-scale turning and milling compound equipment parts processing; general equipment manufacturing (excluding special equipment manufacturing); Machining of mechanical parts, etc

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the general manager to formulate the company's strategic plan, business development plan and annual business plan, and promote the implementation;

2. Responsible for the overall operation and management of the company, especially the project operation and coordination management, and be responsible for the company's business objectives, operational efficiency, cost control and other core indicators.

3. Responsible for quality, production, logistics, EHS, process, engineering, procurement, planning and other department management

4. Establish and improve the company's internal management system, optimize business processes, and promote the completion of projects as planned.

5. Maintain good communication and cooperative relations with other departments, superiors and team members; Report the plant's operations, problems and solutions to superiors in a timely manner.

6. Evaluate and analyze the operational performance of the enterprise, evaluate the operational performance of the enterprise by collecting and analyzing operational data, and compare it with the set goals, and identify problems and improvement measures in a timely manner.

7. Participate in audits (internal audits, customer audits, product audits, hierarchical audits, etc.)

8. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Qualifications

1. College degree or above, related professional background such as mechanical manufacturing, management, etc.

2. More than five years of experience in operation management or supply chain production management projects of large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.

3. Familiar with the production and operation process, and coordinate the management of production, material control, quality, warehouse and other production engineering units.

4. Good operation management and production management ability.

5. Good communication and coordination skills.

6. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to conduct daily work and conference calls in oral English.

7. Able to accept business trips and assignments.

8. Have good planning, guidance, coordination and decision-making skills.
