职责及责任:

.Lead development team to develope TFT& TPMproducts (领导研发团队开发TFT& TPM产品)

2.Lead project team to ensure project development on schedule andunder budget(带领项目队确保项目按时及成本内完)

3.Custom-made projects : TFT dsplay and touch module for automotive appications ike nstrument cluster display, Central information display,Head up

display and eMirror dsplay(客定项目: 用于汽车应用的 TFT显示和摸模块，如仪表板显示，中央信息显示，投显示，电子后视镜)

3.Develope technicalroadmap(制定技术路线图)

4.Develope product roadmap(制定产品路线图)

工作经验要求:

. At least 10 years Working experience in automotive TFT Design & Development for automotive ; EE or Optica

engineering or Mechanicalengineering(最少10年汽车TFT设计与开发方面的工作经验电子工程或光学工程或机械工程)

2.Project managementexperience for automotive:APQP development& PPAP(汽车项目管理经验: 熟APQP和

PPAP)

3.Team management experience(团队管理经验)

4.Good communication skill(良好的沟通技巧)

5.Fluent English and Mandarin (流利的英语和普通话)

6.Gentle andlogicalattitude(具有温和的态度和逻辑思维)
