# Conduct planned audits

# Developing audit programs and checklists

# Develop QA Internal Auditor

# Manage the performance of independent audits in accordance with departmental and professional standards

# Prepare audit findings to assist in the preparation of draft reports and perform follow-ups on responses to audit findings

# Ensure compliance in the implementation of internal processes and regulations

2. Policy development

# Develop GFT quality system which fit for China/ Vietnam/ Indonesia with Toys Standard

# Perfect the function of Document Control Centre so as to record/ update all QA related document properly

# Perfect the training mechanism so as to build up GFT quality culture

3. Laboratory Management

# Perfect the operation of Laboratory based on Mattel QSOP requirement

Requirements

# Bachelor degree or above holder

# Fluency in English & Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)

# Advanced MS Office skills

# Good communication, research and analytical skill and strong leadership

# 10 years or above relevant experience in Toy manufacturing industry
