The position is expected to have a positive impact on PPG PMC sales and financial objectives by leading the Jiangsu Sales Team to achieve the target as well as developing relationships with key accounts in Jiangsu Area.
o Lead the team to achieve the team target.
o Develop key accounts within the area to achieve the personal target.
o Support the team to identify the new opportunities and drive the organic growth.
o Co-ordinate with the supporting functions to support the business growth.
职位要求：
Requires:
? At least 5 years of experience in industrial product sales, preferably in the paint industry.
? Familiar with the protective coating market in particular for Jiangsu area.
? Bachelor's degree or above, major in Chemical Engineering or related fields.
? Strong adaptability and teamwork spirit.
? Able to travel frequently within the Central region.
