SW Project Leader

1. Lead SW project team to achieve project development within requested timing following ASPICE process:

a. Confirm requested output data is available for each task.

b. Lead and organize team linked to project.

c. Report project status/issues

d. Animate meeting and Q&A with customer.

e. Lead requirement analysis

f. Lead FTA creation cross team

g. Confirm action timing compared to project schedule.

h. Lead discussion relative to issue internally and with customer

2. Responsible to lead RFI/RFQ

a. Lead and organize all team to provide expected quotation.

b. Setup internal SW review for TR and quotation

c. Animate the Offer Q&A

3. Responsible for Project SW budget:

a. Confirm PR for project is done on time.

b. Confirm regularly budget and workload used during project.

4. Collects and shares knowledge of design best practice through intranet updates, readings, and presentations.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree, major in electronic or with relevant background

2. At least 5 years’ experience as SW PL for Automotive product

3. C/C++ language

4. Have strong skill in architecture design, middleware, and framework development.

5. Have Cluster/DCM/SCU background is better.

6. Basic knowledge on HW is better.

7. Team management experience

8. Synthetic and precise, organized, working on detail.

9. Customer orientation, Willing to travel, Able to work under pressure (limited resource and time)

10. English reading and writing is mandatory

11. Oral English
