IT Manager

- Take responsibility on troubleshooting。

- Support the infrastructure

o Compute environment on premise or cloud based (servers, storage, virtualization platforms, etc.)

o Network environment (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points)

o Telephony equipment (on prem or cloud PBX, telephones, conferencing equipment)

o Security and surveillance equipment (cameras, door access panels, etc.)

- Coordinate warranty hardware repairs and replacements and liaise with multiple vendors when troubleshooting complex issues.

- Coordinate and execute work with Corporate IT.

- Observe and apply all Corporate Cyber Security policies

- Manage all activities including backup and recovery, vulnerability management, etc.
