1. Improve quality management level and gradually improve the quality level of products;

Requirements

职位要求

1. Bachelor degree or above, technical background, major in polymer materials is preferred;

技术背景的本科以上学历，高分子材料专业优先。

2. At least 5 years of quality management experience in manufacturing companies, preferably in plastic extrusion industry or automobile industry;

至少5年制造业质量管理经验，在塑料挤出行业或汽车行业优先。

3. Familiar with ISO9001 quality management system;

熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系。

4. Knowledge about IATF16949 quality system;

了解 IATF16949 质量体系。

5. Quality control tools knowledge; experience of six sigma management tools;

具备质量控制工具知识；具备六西格玛管理工具经验。

6. Initiative, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and teamwork ability;

积极主动，责任心强，有良好的沟通和团队合作能力。

7. Good command of English (written and spoken).

熟练掌握英语（书面和口语）。
