职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the company's development strategy, formulate the annual training plan, budget and organize the implementation; Training system process revision; Build a team of internal and external trainers, compile and update training courses and teaching materials.
2. Responsible for or participate in group talent management and development related projects, including but not limited to developing tools and methods for key talent inventory, promoting echelon talent construction, internal career development channels, core position talent training, leadership development, action learning, etc.
3. Responsible for the company's cadre management, put forward optimization suggestions for the existing talent training system based on the overall plan of talent development, and led the development projects of core talents and high-potential talents.
4. According to business development status and objectives, sort out talent standards, update or establish qualification system and competency model.
5. Provide team leaders with the ability to apply professional theories, methods and tools to provide corresponding solutions for the business team and HRBP.
6. Participate in the corresponding projects of organizational structure, rank system, organizational capability diagnosis, corporate culture and communication system, and complete the corresponding tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Education and major: Bachelor degree or above.
2. More than 5 years of training experience.
3. Have strong communication and coordination skills, problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure, and have a transformational thinking.
4. Skilled use of office software.
